1. Introduction

This document sets forth the Terms and Conditions of Use of the HUNGER SOCCER platform (hereinafter “the Platform”), accessible at https://hungersoccer.it. By using the Platform, the user fully and unreservedly accepts these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

The Platform aims to connect football players and talent scouts.

  • Players, upon payment of a subscription fee, can create a personal profile, upload multimedia content (photos, videos, technical sheets, etc.), and make it visible to talent scouts.

  • Talent scouts can register for free, browse the player directory, view content, and contact players via the Platform.

3. Registration and Information Accuracy

All users are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration.
The Platform does not verify the identity or the authenticity of the content uploaded by players or scouts and cannot be held liable for any false, incomplete, or misleading content.

4. User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for any content they upload, share, or publish on the Platform. Specifically, they agree to:

  • refrain from posting offensive, defamatory, obscene, or illegal content;

  • not violate the intellectual property rights of others (including copyrights on photos/videos);

  • use the Platform solely for purposes related to sports and recruitment.

The Platform is not responsible for how talent scouts use player information and does not guarantee any contact or sports opportunity.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to full features for players is subject to an annual, non-refundable subscription fee. Once payment has been made, no refunds are granted, even in cases of no contact from scouts or lack of platform usage.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform functions solely as a technological intermediary between users and does not guarantee the success of contacts, collaborations, or sports careers.
It is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from:

  • contacts, collaborations, or lack thereof between users;

  • content uploaded or displayed;

  • temporary technical issues with the Platform.

7. Moderation and Suspension

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or delete, at any time and without notice, the account of any user who violates these Terms or engages in behavior not aligned with the spirit of the community.

8. Data Processing

User personal data is processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). More details are available in the [Privacy Policy].

9. Amendments to the Terms

The Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified in the event of substantial changes, and continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. In case of disputes, the competent court will be that of the registered office of the Platform’s owner.
